Background: Bachelor or above. Major in Safety/Firefighting/Chemical Engineering
1. Lead the safety inspection, follow-up the progress of actions from safety inspection
2. Develop and maintain the firefighting system status report, work with team to urge departments to follow-up and finalize opening items from the of status report
3. Be responsible for chemical management, which includes standardization of labling and MSDS, and work with department to ensure the anti-leakage measures are fully implemented.
4. Provide suggestions to improve site safety and implement suggestion after obtaining the approval.
5. Conduct a series of activities to enhance employees’ safety awareness, such as safety knowledge competition, safety award and so on.
6. Assist to perform on-site safety measurements and safety evaluations.
7. Perform checks on personnel working on site in production, maintenance, engineering etc, to make sure that all operations are in line with Company safety guidelines.
8. Supervise the implementation of permit issuing regulation, timely correct and stop any un-safe behaviors of operators including contractors
9. Assist department Manager to continuously improve the environment and safety awareness of employees by continuously implementing BBS program
10. Based on the ESH training module, provide training program to employees or coordinate with external party to deliver training to employees
11. Monitor and check the qualification of contractors including qualification of special operators before construction project initiate
12. Assist Department manager to manage and optimize site training process, continuously establish and update the training materials to ensure the training quality match legal requirements.
13. Be responsible for site security management, work together with IT staff guaranteed the security status under controlling.
14. Be responsible for the incident/accident investigation which leaded by ESHQ department, and prepare related documents to match RE-HP requirements.
15. Work together with all related departments to maintain site JSA, hazardous risk identification system, and keep on updating to all operators and maintainers.
16. Assist department manager to establish the annual internal ISO audit plan and schedule, implement the internal ISO audit based on Evonik requirements.
17. Manage and maintain site ESHQ delegation and safety production accountability timely, ensure all files and documents match legal requirements.
18. Assist department management to manage site regular and specific potential risk identification, maintain related safety and firefighting online management system timely.
19. Other assignment delegated by department manager or management team.
20. Identification and assessment related to emergency laws related to company to ensure regulatory compliance
