? Support XZ ESH team on ESH daily operation and programs, e.g., procedures/training material update, internal/external audit, drills, safety month activities.
? Assist employee/contractor training and safety certification management, incl. training preparation, file combing, statistics, certificates collection and related work.
? Coordinate and monitor the task setting and implementation of relevant parties in ESTER.
? Support site chemical management include chemical SDS, storage, warehouse, classification, labelling, waste disposal.
? Track non-conformity action plan from internal/external audit and ESH inspections.
? Translate ESH policies, standards, procedure, poster and documents.
? Other tasks assigned by the department.
